- The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding; Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction;

This arbitration clause does not apply to disputes that qualify for resolution in small claims court or to equitable relief sought by SunBooked for breach of its intellectual property rights.
